PRODUCT INFORMATION
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the Advanced Micro Devices' Windows(R) XP Embedded support package
for and AMD64 processor and the M690T/E + SB600 chipset.  It is built based on 
platform builder supplied by Microsoft and tested on the AMD S1 DBM690E/T 
development board.

Build Instructions
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Create a temporary folder c:\amdembedded
2. Unzip the contents of the zip to c:\amdembedded

AMD K8 CPU Driver
-----------------
1. The amdk8.sld is created using the Windows XP AMD K8 CPU driver 
   version 1.3.2.0

2. Find C:\amdembedded\windows\drivers\cpu\k8\xpe\v1.3.2.0\amdk8.sld

3. Import the .sld into the Component database.

4. Using Target designer, add this component to the project and build the XPe image. 

AMD M690T/E Display Driver
------------------------

1. CX_57291.sld.sld is created using the Windows XP ATI display driver version v8.443

2. Find C:\amdembedded\windows\drivers\graphics\xpe\8.443\Driver\SLD\CX_57291.sld
   
3. Import the .sld into the Component database.

4. Using Target designer, add this component to the project and build the XPe image. 

AMD SB600 SATA AHCI Driver
---------------------------

1. The ATIsb600ahcix86.sld is created using the Windows XP SB600 sata driver 
   version 2.501.1540.47

2. Find C:\amdembedded\windows\drivers\sata\SB600\xpe\v2.501.1540.47\sb600ahcix86.sld

3. Import the .sld into the Component database.

4. Using Target designer, add this component to the project and build the XPe image. 

AMD SB600 SMBus Driver
-----------------------

1. The sb600smbus.sld is created using the Windows XP sb600 SMBUS driver 
   version 8

2. Find C:\amdembedded\windows\drivers\smbus\SB600\xpe\v8\sb600smbus.sld

3. Import the .sld into the Component database.

4. Using Target designer, add this component to the project and build the XPe image.
